The Beginner’s Guide to Essential Oils by Christina Anthis

5 Hoots

This is not the usual type of book that I review but it is a topic that I am interested in my normal life. I really enjoyed that the author made it clear that you should always consult your physician before working with essential oils.

The book is broken down into 3 different sections, and introduction getting started, oil profiles, and last but not least the recipes. The breakdown of this book is very important because it helps you build a foundation to create your own recipes. It isn’t just about making pretty scents to freshen the way your house smells, its about creating recipes that can help you with things like headaches and stress. Sometimes a little lavender can go a long was to help you relax. If you are looking for a way to start learning about essential oils this is the book to get!

Author:

I love reading all kinds of books but have no one to share them with....that was until now. My favorite genre's are: Cozy mysteries, Fantasy, Horror, and thrillers.
