As you know, I have been reading different self help books to try and help my readers find something that will work for them. This book was my favorite because it really told me practical advice that I needed to really let go of some stuff I was holding onto for no reason. Yes, I did read Marie Kondo’s book a few years ago and I will admit it was hard to connect with parts of it. I am not the kind of person that will hold an item and say thank you to it before throwing it away. I just couldn’t connect with parts. BUT the folding techniques were fantastic! Guru by RuPaul

She was bigger than life, so I was excited to give this book a try. Was I disappointed? NO! This book was full of beautiful pictures of her in all her different outfits. Then why didn’t it get 5 stars? Well, I was honestly hoping for a little more in this one.Continue reading “Guru by RuPaul”
